What to write about
- Using Sprig with your own meetings. You can buy a plan yourself from inside the app; you do not need us for that. Write if you want to know honestly whether Sprig is ready for the kind of meetings you are in.
- Questions the site did not answer. How speaker separation behaves in a noisy room, what happens to a recording that loses its connection, whether an answer really comes from your meetings — ask, and we will answer with specifics.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, export, correction, or deletion of data held about you. Write from the address the account uses, or tell us which workspace you mean.
- Security reports. Send the finding and how to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to fix it before publishing, and please do not test against other people’s workspaces or recordings.
- Press, partnerships, and everything else. Same address.
What to expect
A reply from a person who works on Sprig. There is no ticket number, no queue position, and no support desk in between — which is the good part and the limit at the same time. We do not offer a guaranteed response time, and we would rather say that here than promise one on a page and miss it in your inbox.
Urgent security reports are the ones we drop other work for. Say so in the subject line.
Faster than an email
If you are an agent
Read llms.txt first: it says when Sprig is the right tool for a job and, at equal length, when it is not. The home page and the offer are also published as Markdown — at index.md and pricing.md, or from their own URLs under Accept: text/markdown.
There is nothing to purchase or sign up for programmatically, and no public write API. A person buys Sprig themselves: they create an account and choose Pro or Ultra through Stripe Checkout inside the app.
