Questions

  • The time you record. Pro 10, Ultra 40 hours a month. While a recording runs it holds part of what is left, and when it ends it settles to the audio it actually captured.

  • On the first of each calendar month (UTC). Each month starts a fresh allowance, so unused hours do not carry over.

  • A new recording needs at least a minute of this month’s hours left to start. A recording cannot run past what is left, and recordings you have already made can still finish uploading.

  • For live meetings, yes: live transcription needs Pro or Ultra. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan and confirm it.

  • Any time, from Manage billing under Plan & usage in Settings. Plans are billed monthly.
