Your account
Give Sprig accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private, and use the service only for work you are allowed to do. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace.
Recording people
You start every recording yourself. Tell everyone before you record and get any consent the law requires. Do not use Sprig to record a conversation you are not allowed to record.
Your content
You keep responsibility for the audio, transcripts, notes, and other content you put in Sprig. You give Sprig permission to process that content only as needed to provide and operate the service, including through the providers named in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sprig to break the law, violate someone else’s rights, access another workspace without permission, disrupt the service, or introduce harmful code.
Service availability
Sprig is still being built. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Plans are sold through Stripe; the price and billing terms shown at checkout apply to your subscription, and you can cancel from Settings at any time.
Leaving Sprig
You can stop using Sprig at any time. Delete meetings you no longer want kept. Sprig may suspend access when use of the service puts people, data, or the service at risk.
